Baptism

 Chase was baptized on Sunday, August 18th, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church. I was baptized at the same church on August 16th, 1981.

 

When trying to decide what day to have him baptized Jason said he wanted to do it when Chad's band was playing! When Chad's wife Kristy told him this he cried! It makes me laugh because Jason went to school with Chad and Chad was my babysitter (we played Ghosts in the Graveyard when he would babysit)!

The best friend and sister I could have asked for and the best godmother for Chase! So many childhood memories, high school, college, and now motherhood together! Tara is trying the prom pose in this photo, otherwise I would not have posted my double chin!

 

We learned our crazy ways from out crazy moms! Love that they matched this day!

Chase was perfect. Didn't cry at all. Threw his arms up when the water hit his head but didn't make a peep.

Finding an outfit to fit our little man was a chore. Grandma Krista ended up having to take the suit apart and make it a lot smaller and it turned out perfect! The eternity cross is mine.

 

 

After the service we headed to Montana Mikes for lunch. Our first choice was Classic Inn but they are not open on Sundays.
